William F. Coody, Sr. (Bill)
Bill is a licensed auctioneer in Florida, is soon to be licensed in Georgia and is a third generation custom homebuilder. He is a leader in any endeavor that he undertakes. He has a lifetime of experience in real estate and residential home construction, and has gained the highest quality of client satisfaction and confidence from his clients and co-workers and is known as a proven leader in the construction and real estate industry.
Bill has served as Past Master of Mt. Hope Lodge No. 9 in Georgia, is presently a member of Scottish Rite, presently a member of Al Shiah Shrine Temple, co-founder of Ocmulgee Shrine Club and has served as Vice President, past member of Pulaski County Board of Education, past trustee at Hawkinsville, Georgia and Deltona, Florida United Methodist Church and past president of Florida Karting Association.
He has been a licensed Florida Residential Contractor since 1980, a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1981 and has a GRI designation, a licensed Florida Swimming Pool Contractor since 1996, with a certification for Swimming Pool sub-contractor inspections, licensed Florida Home Inspector.
He is a member of Florida Auctioneers Association, National Association of Auctioneers, Volusia County Home Builders Association, West Volusia Association of Realtor, Inc. Bill is husband to Julia, father of two and grandfather of three.
Julia G. Coody
Julia is a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1983. She is a member of West Volusia Association of Realtors, Inc and National Association of Realtors.
Julia is a huge asset to our company with her knowledge and experience with the real estate industry in both, but not limited to, residential and commercial.
As a real estate professional, Julia values her reputation and professionalism. She is also highly professional in qualifying buyers, negotiating and consummating sales.
She has served as a leader in many capacities in the church. She has served as Vice President of the PTA. Julia is wife to Bill, mother of two and grandmother of three.
Cratina Coody-Bjorkland
Cratina has been involved in the auction business for 10 years. She owned and operated an antiques/personal property auction for 5 yrs. She sold her auction in 2000 and the auction is still going strong in Hawkinsville, GA.
Cratina is in charge of the company’s marketing efforts. She has built a marketing department and coordinates promotions of upcoming auctions, seminars for buyers and sellers and trade shows and special events. Cratina oversees all sales and marketing, from Web design, maintenance and graphic arts to advertising, ensuring the successful sale of each property.
Cratina is a member of the Central Florida Real Estate Investors, the National Auctioneers Association and Board of Directors for Florida Auctioneers Association. She is active within her community, served as Vice President of PTA, Vice President of board of directors for local baseball league. She has chaired many auction events for charitable organizations. She is a mother of two.
